What counts as one conversion?
One uploaded mesh of up to 150,000 triangles turned into a STEP file uses one credit. If the conversion fails, the credit is returned automatically.
What do I get on the free plan?
3 conversions with the STEP file and the 3D viewer. The JSON face report and the PNG previews of those conversions stay locked; they unlock, for those 3 conversions too, as soon as you buy Pro or any pack.
Why is Pro the best value?
Pro is $19 for 75 conversions, $0.25 each. The same 75 conversions bought as packs cost $69. Pro members also buy extra conversions at $0.25 each (20 for $5, 100 for $25) instead of $0.55 to $1.00.
Do unused conversions roll over?
Pro's monthly allowance resets on each renewal, so unused conversions don't carry over. Extra conversions and pack credits never expire.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, from your account at any time. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for and you are not charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Failed conversions are refunded automatically. Packs with no credits used can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
Are my files used to train the model?
No. Files and results are visible only to your account and are deleted after 30 days.
Is sales tax included?
Prices are in US dollars before tax. Sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout.
